Nestor G. Cardona is President of N&CS Consulting Group and a senior regulatory compliance consultant with extensive experience supporting FDA-regulated life-science organizations.
His experience includes GxP compliance, regulatory remediation, quality systems, validation, pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering, and support for complex compliance initiatives across regulated environments.
His leadership philosophy emphasizes integrity, commitment, teamwork, practical problem-solving, and long-term client relationships.

Carlos J. Sanchez Santiago
Carlos J. Sanchez Santiago is Vice President and co-founder of N&CS Consulting Group, with extensive experience in validation and regulated life-science manufacturing environments, including biologics, parenteral products, solid dosage, and medical devices.
His experience includes equipment and process validation, process improvement, technical project execution, team integration, and implementation of compliant solutions within regulated manufacturing operations.
